Charleston Beach B&B was born from a simple conviction: that travel should feel like coming home to somewhere beautiful. We purchased our historic home on W Arctic Ave with the intention of sharing the warmth that makes Folly Beach unforgettable.

Every morning, we serve a breakfast prepared from local ingredients — fresh Gulf shrimp, Lowcountry grits, pastries from nearby bakers — because hospitality, to us, is an act of love, not obligation. Our guests don't just visit Folly Beach. They live it, slowly and deeply, from the first sip of coffee on our porch to the last sunset from the pier.
